What is going on with Entertainment Tonight, AKA… ET! Why would any show have Giuliana Rancic on TV. It looks like her wrecking-ball shaped head will crush her malnourished body every time she opens her mouth. Can someone explain to me why a network would employes a host that looks like the Alien ET….. AND THEN CALL THE SHOW ET!
